About Michael
Michael Warshauer is a producer, writer, and director with over 15 years of experience working in the film and television industry. A graduate of Denison University, Michael went on to get an MFA in Film at the Savannah College of Art and Design before moving to Los Angeles where he worked on various commercial, reality, and dramatic projects, including the Comedy Gives Back digital telethon, Judd Apatow’s The Zen Diaries of Gary Shandling, and content for General Mills, Make-A-Wish Foundation, StarKist, and Hallmark. After relocating to Chicago, he worked on numerous narrative projects including Amazon’s Paper Girls and Night Sky, Marvel’s Wakanda Forever , and FX’s Justified: City Primeval. As a Scheduling Coordinator at Big Shoulders Digital Video, Michael worked with shows including The Daily Show, House Hunters, and ESPN’s Pardon the Interruption and Around the Horn as well as with corporate clients including AbbVie, ComEd, Chubb Insurance, Capital One, Ernst & Young, and Bellator MMA. From 2017-2020, Michael could be heard regularly on WEOL’s “Bull’s Eye on the Afternoon” as their resident Hollywood Guru. He lives in Chicago with his dog Rizzo, who is a Very Good Boy.
